About the role

We are seeking a reliable, solutions‑driven IT professional to provide day‑to‑day technical support and keep our systems running smoothly. You will work directly with end‑users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and security of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user‑reported incidents promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, peripherals, and applications.
• Monitor system performance, enforce security policies, and ensure high availability.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT asset inventory.
• Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with major operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for assisting non‑technical users.
