IT Support Technician – Desktop Support with Intune Experience

About the role

Ecosistemas is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a major client project in Singapore. You will work onsite in Toa Payoh, providing end‑to‑end desktop support and device management using Microsoft Intune.

Key responsibilities

• Perform imaging, configuration and setup of IT equipment according to client standards.
• Execute device migration and onboarding tasks to the corporate platform.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration and administration through Microsoft Intune.
• Verify hardware, software and security policy compliance on all devices.
• Provide technical support during implementation and migration phases.
• Document completed tasks, report progress and log incidents.
• Coordinate activities with local and international teams as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IT Support or Desktop Support Technician.
• Proven track record in device imaging, deployment and migration projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Advanced English proficiency for fluent communication and technical documentation.
• Availability to work 100% onsite on a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm).
• Semi‑senior level with autonomy to resolve medium‑complexity incidents.
