IT Technician

About the role

The IT Technician will support on‑site operations across Singapore, ensuring that all IT equipment is verified, documented, and returned in proper condition. Working closely with the IT Coordinator, you will help maintain smooth execution of site activities and uphold company security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the IT Coordinator to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth site activities.
• Perform verification checks on IT peripherals at customer locations and identify any faults.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment status, serial numbers, and condition.
• Report discrepancies or damages in returned equipment and prepare items for shipment back to the main office.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data handling policies during all tasks.
• Support logistics coordination, including arranging transportation of equipment when required.
• Supervise and guide part‑time staff and interns in daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Relevant IT qualification such as Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals.
• Independent, meticulous, and able to work with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore according to deployment schedules.
