IT User Support Engineer

About the role

Ultra Clean Technology seeks an IT User Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to local and global users across hardware, software, and network environments. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, and ensuring smooth IT operations in a cleanroom setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks and other IT systems, handling tickets and service requests.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and related infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory, and access controls.
• Assist with LAN/WAN setup, maintenance, and related network components.
• Maintain door access, CCTV, and employee clocking systems.
• Document procedures, share knowledge, and conduct user training.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT assets.
• Continuously improve support processes and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Organized, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, cleanroom environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• Willingness to walk around the premises and carry IT equipment as needed.
