Junior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our multidisciplinary team. You will support the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients, consultants and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients and professionals early to define project briefs.
• Develop and evolve project briefs throughout the design phase.
• Prepare design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing techniques.
• Assist with planning and regulatory applications.
• Coordinate detailed design information and liaise with consultants.
• Engage with planning officers and authorities to secure statutory approvals.
• Advise clients on appropriate contract procurement.
• Prepare tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Support contract administration and project certification.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure timelines and resolve construction‑stage issues.
• Carry out defect inspections and manage junior staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore or Malaysia building regulations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.
• Proactive, conscientious work attitude.
