Junior Business Development Manager

About the role

Ailytics builds AI‑driven computer vision and predictive analytics platforms that help heavy‑industry organisations identify risks, optimise processes and save lives. As a Junior Business Development Manager you will drive growth in Singapore and the wider region, focusing on construction, manufacturing and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target heavy‑industry sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business strategies with product innovation and customer needs.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and pitches.
• Negotiate and close deals to drive profitable growth and long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
• Represent Ailytics at industry events, conferences and networking sessions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Understanding of heavy‑industry customers (construction, manufacturing, etc.).
• Proven success in partnership building and channel management.
• Confident presenter capable of addressing large audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and analytical abilities.
• Self‑driven, fast learner with a clear sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, low‑ego team player who thrives under pressure.
• Comfortable engaging in social and business networking settings.
• Possession of a valid Singapore driving licence or access to a vehicle is a plus.
