Junior Data Scientist – Data Visualization & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our International Internet Business team. You will help turn raw data into actionable insights by building visualisations, maintaining data pipelines, and supporting business decisions across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data visualisations to highlight performance trends for major markets.
• Automate data‑quality monitoring, alerts and ensure data integrity across reporting pipelines.
• Support data platform and scheduling jobs to deliver timely insights to operations.
• Identify business issues through analysis and propose feasible solutions.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, cleaning and transformation.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Quick BI, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, operations and engineering teams to define metrics and drive data‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience maintaining data processing pipelines and handling large, complex data sets.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel and Python.
• Familiarity with BI/visualisation tools and best practices.
• Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders across different markets.
