Junior Desktop Engineer (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Desktop Engineer to join our Singapore IT team. The role focuses on delivering day‑to‑day desktop support, ensuring Windows workstations and Microsoft Office applications run smoothly, and assisting with broader infrastructure initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily desktop maintenance and deploy Windows operating system updates.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office suites across the organization.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and printers.
• Support server monitoring activities and assist in debugging tasks.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects and system integration efforts.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to maintain overall service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in desktop support or help‑desk environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in Chinese and eligible to work in Singapore (citizen, PR or local).
