About the role

Based in Singapore, this junior position offers the chance to deepen your expertise in the freight forwarding sector. You will act as a bridge between our global customers and the product team, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of new ERP and API features.

Key responsibilities

Support customers during onboarding and implementation of ERP and API systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless user adoption.
Monitor client satisfaction and promote optimal product usage.
Assist in mini‑project management tasks related to feature roll‑outs.

Required profile

Initial experience or exposure to freight forwarding.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
Willingness to develop a career in logistics and technology.
