Junior KYC Analyst – Chinese Speaking (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior KYC Analyst who is fluent in Chinese to join the Global Referential Management division in Singapore. The analyst will work within the KYC Middle Office, supporting the Front Office, KYC Checkers and Financial Security teams to ensure client due‑diligence files are accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client profiles and determine required KYC documentation according to internal procedures.
• Collect, verify and update client information from public sources and existing records.
• Perform name screening, background checks and sanity checks on collected data.
• Upload client data and documents into the KYC system and liaise with relationship managers for additional information.
• Coordinate with quality checkers and compliance teams to resolve any issues.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives across Paris, London, New York and Singapore.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience or strong academic background in finance, compliance or related fields.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
