About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join a fast‑growing executive search team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop expertise in talent acquisition, client management, and market research while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from understanding hiring needs to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to capture team requirements, project scopes, and hiring expectations.
• Source candidates via job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess experience, career goals, and role fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through regular, professional communication.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market outreach initiatives.
• Provide market insights such as salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability.
• Keep recruitment activity records accurate and up‑to‑date in the internal system.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or client‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
