About the role

Join Achieve Group as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, supporting client hiring needs across various industries. This role is open to candidates with recruitment experience or a background in sales, business development, or client‑facing positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Understand hiring needs and provide talent consulting solutions.
• Source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: pitching, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Build long‑term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Prior recruitment experience or background in sales, business development, account management or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Fast learner with a desire to build a long‑term career in recruitment or consulting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
