About the role
The Client Solutions team at TikTok is looking for a Key Account Client Solutions Manager to drive strategic growth for top‑tier brands in Singapore. You will act as a trusted consultant, linking clients’ marketing objectives with TikTok’s suite of advertising and commerce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales guidance, covering product adoption, strategy and optimisation to align client goals with business outcomes.
- Stay current on product updates, market trends, vertical movements and competitor activity to advise clients, agencies and internal teams.
- Design and execute Test‑&‑Learn plans using Measurement solutions such as BLS, CLS and Ad Effectiveness.
- Lead the adoption of Pixels, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and TikTok Shop where relevant.
- Develop workshops, business reviews and narrative decks to educate and up‑skill clients.
- Manage post‑sale relationships, oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring and optimisation recommendations.
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, internal product and analytics teams to drive revenue and account growth.
- Analyse data, present insights and actionable next steps in post‑campaign reporting and account audits.
Required profile
- Strong business acumen with a consultative sales mindset.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience presenting data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations.
