Key Account Manager – Business Development (1‑year contract)

About the role
Shopee is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth for a specific product category in Singapore. You will join the Business Development and Partnerships team to acquire and develop key seller accounts, ensuring they meet performance targets on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts within an assigned category such as Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, Lifestyle & Social.
- Analyse account performance and operational metrics to propose optimisation solutions.
- Collaborate with accounts to design and execute campaigns and sales strategies aligned with category goals.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, revenue, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Engage sellers in Shopee campaigns and help them achieve campaign targets.
- Work with category managers to define and implement growth strategies.
- Lead internal projects to improve processes and launch new initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Relevant account management or category management experience (preferred).
- Experience in the e‑commerce industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client‑facing work.
- Good analytical abilities.
- Goal‑oriented, team player, willing to take on challenges.
