Key Account Manager – Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic team member to drive the growth of Sony's local Consumer Electronics business. You will manage key sales channels, build strong dealer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service end‑to‑end key sales channels, acting as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with product marketing and business partners to plan and execute channel marketing activities.
• Conduct regular market visits to build partnership and rapport with dealers.
• Track sell‑through data to improve sales forecast accuracy.
• Ensure proper shop‑front displays and organize tradeshows and in‑house promotions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly statistical reports comparing targets set versus achieved.
• Manage accounts receivable.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong business acumen with proactive, innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
