Key Account Manager – Corporate Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of active corporate customers in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth through upselling and cross‑selling while ensuring customers fully understand Lyreco’s value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active corporate accounts in Singapore and develop growth plans.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to achieve profitable growth.
• Promote Lyreco’s products and services, ensuring customers understand the full range of capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Handle special sourcing requests in line with company guidelines.
• Manage pricing, margins and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Report sales activities, update opportunities and progress regularly.
• Collaborate with the International Account Manager to comply with global tender and agreement conditions.
• Support digitalisation of the customer order‑to‑pay process using Lyreco e‑solutions.
• Work closely with the Corporate Inside Sales team to optimise sales processes.
• Undertake ad‑hoc assignments from management as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate accounts and delivering sales growth.
• Strong understanding of upselling, cross‑selling and margin management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Comfort with digital sales tools and order‑to‑pay platforms.
