About the role
Join Nestlé Singapore as a Key Account Manager – eCommerce and lead the growth of our digital sales channels. You will work closely with the e‑Commerce Manager to shape and execute strategies that drive sustainable revenue across online platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with key eCommerce platforms and online retailers.
- Develop and execute commercial plans to meet P&L targets, including pricing, promotions, and trade investments.
- Drive assortment expansion, pricing competitiveness, and promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure excellence of the digital shelf – product listings, content quality, and search visibility.
- Plan and optimise digital marketing activities such as platform ads, search, display, and affiliate campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and supply‑chain teams to align business plans.
- Identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and implement eCommerce best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales development and key account management.
- Proven FMCG experience in a digital or eCommerce environment with strong commercial acumen.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, resilience, and ownership of business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
