Key Account Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead our hospitality portfolio. You will manage large strategic accounts, deepen existing relationships, and drive new business across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned hospitality customers, coordinating with internal teams such as technical support.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Provide ongoing service, support, and sales development, including prospecting for new products, sustainability solutions, and food‑safety offerings.
• Monitor account performance using sales funnels, quarterly reports, and market‑share analysis, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Deliver hands‑on application expertise, customer training, and merchandising to reinforce the brand value proposition.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly review sessions with department heads and general managers.
• Utilise analytical and basic P&L knowledge to propose strategic solutions that increase sales and exceed customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in chemical specialties, preferably with equipment, repair, or institutional‑market products.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and acquire new business in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and basic understanding of profit‑and‑loss statements.
