Key Account Manager – Luxury Hospitality (HORECA)

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Key Account Manager to lead strategic growth and relationship management with Singapore’s luxury hospitality accounts. You will be the primary liaison for high‑end hotels, Michelin‑starred restaurants and premium hospitality partners, positioning 1872 Clipper Tea as their preferred tea supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key hotel groups, Michelin‑starred restaurants and other premium hospitality partners.
• Identify, secure and expand high‑value accounts within the luxury HORECA sector to drive revenue growth.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts valued at over $1 million, overseeing contract negotiations and renewal processes.
• Act as brand ambassador, delivering tailored tea solutions and advocating the heritage brand to hospitality clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development within premium F&B or luxury hospitality.
• Established network of F&B decision‑makers and purchasing managers in Singapore.
• Proven track record of managing $1 M+ portfolios and handling complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for tea.
