Key Account Manager – Singapore Business Development (1‑year contract)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic sellers on Shopee, driving growth and performance in the Singapore market. Reporting to the Business Development team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and execute campaigns that meet both category and account objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a set of key accounts, analysing performance metrics and recommending optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with accounts to plan and launch sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring targets are met.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, revenue and operations teams to guarantee seamless execution of initiatives.
• Engage sellers in Shopee promotional programmes and monitor delivery of campaign results.
• Partner with category managers to define and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve processes and launch new initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with category trends, buyer behaviour and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least two years of experience in management consulting, e‑commerce or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage project workstreams and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities.
• Business acumen with critical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
