About the role
We are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join Shopee’s Business Development team in Singapore. You will manage a portfolio of strategic sellers, helping them grow on the platform through data‑driven insights and collaborative campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a set of key accounts and improve their performance on Shopee.
- Analyse account performance and operational metrics to propose optimisation solutions.
- Collaborate with accounts to execute campaign and sales strategies that meet category and account goals.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, revenue, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Engage sellers in Shopee campaigns and drive achievement of campaign targets.
- Work with category managers to define, implement and execute growth strategies.
- Lead in‑team projects to establish improvement processes and launch new initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Relevant account or category management experience is a plus.
- Experience in the e‑commerce industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client‑facing work.
- Good analytical abilities.
- Goal‑oriented, collaborative team player who embraces challenges.
