Key Leader – Retail Store Leadership

About the role

The Key Leader is a core member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving daily store operations, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and developing the sales‑floor team. This role works across multiple Singapore locations, ensuring consistent performance and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Educators, providing feedback, performance documentation, and career guidance.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate it effectively to guests and team members.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience by assessing needs, delivering technical product education, and handling transactions and omnichannel services.
• Resolve guest feedback and escalations, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Plan and execute community initiatives such as local run clubs and yoga events.
• Collaborate with team members to support store operations and achieve sales targets.
