About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our ramen kitchen. The successful candidate will help prepare and serve high‑quality ramen dishes across daytime and overnight shifts, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve ramen dishes during day and night shifts.
- Maintain fresh and well‑stocked ingredients.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout both shifts.
- Prepare food orders promptly and ensure items are served within the expected waiting time.
- Keep work stations adequately stocked and organized.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of cooking stations and the overall kitchen.
Required profile
- Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
- Ready to start work immediately.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Organised with strong multitasking abilities.
- Team player attitude.
- Possess a valid Food Safety Hygiene Certification.
