Kitchen Helper

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper to join our central kitchen team. You will support food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling, and cutting while minimizing waste.
• Cook, fry, steam, and boil food items according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Label and store food items in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Support inventory control and restock supplies as needed.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and follow recycling procedures.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Prior kitchen or food‑prep experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability for a 6‑day work week (Monday‑Saturday, 07:30‑17:30).
