Kitchen Supervisor – Food Preparation & Team Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Supervisor to lead our food preparation team across Singapore. You will ensure high‑quality meals, maintain safety standards, and support menu innovation in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook hot meals according to recipes, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls, and proper food labeling, rotation and storage.
• Collaborate on daily, holiday and themed menus with the senior supervisor.
• Supervise cleaning schedules, dish‑washing, and overall kitchen sanitation.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve simple complaints and refer complex issues to management.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within budget limits.
• Develop new menu items and adapt existing dishes, with a focus on North Indian cuisine.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably with North Indian food preparation.
• Ability to work shifts and handle a high‑volume service environment.
• Strong attention to food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance.
