Knowledge Management Lawyer

About the role

Allen & Gledhill LLP is seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to join its well‑established KM department. The role blends legal expertise with legal‑technology initiatives to help lawyers deliver services more efficiently across the firm’s regional network.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with lawyers across practices to develop and maintain precedents, know‑how, guidelines and manuals.
• Draft primers, articles and other publications on legal and regulatory topics.
• Edit internal and external publications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Design and deliver training programmes and related materials.
• Manage KM systems and processes, providing support for firm‑wide initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• A good law degree from a reputable law school.
• At least three years of practice experience in a law firm.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong drafting, research, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to work across diverse practices and regional teams.
• Interest in legal technology and innovation.
• Enthusiasm for a career in knowledge management within the legal industry.
