Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel and advisory support to regional business entities and management team members.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial arrangements, corporate documentation, and cross‑border agreements.
• Assess operational and project‑related exposures across diverse jurisdictions and devise robust risk‑mitigation frameworks.
• Assist in structuring internal evaluation methodologies, legal training frameworks, and standardized document repositories.
• Monitor evolving legislative landscapes and regulatory changes across regional jurisdictions to ensure continuous corporate alignment.

Required profile

• Recognised tertiary qualification in law.
• Professional experience overseeing international corporate legal matters, preferably within heavy industry, construction or infrastructure.
• Strong functional knowledge of commercial contracting, corporate advisory practices, and cross‑border commercial principles.
• Highly developed analytical, drafting and communication capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with commercial operations and regulatory landscapes across developing Southeast Asian markets.
