Regional Legal Director – APAC

About the role

Menarini Asia‑Pacific is seeking a visionary Regional Legal Director to lead its legal function across 13 APAC markets. Based in Singapore, you will act as a strategic business enabler, shaping legal strategy and ensuring compliance while supporting high‑stakes commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial transactions including licensing, distribution, M&A and collaborations across the region.
• Develop and protect the regional Intellectual Property portfolio, overseeing enforcement actions.
• Design and implement antitrust and data‑privacy compliance programs.
• Provide legal oversight for dispute resolution, risk management, corporate secretariat and board affairs.
• Foster a high‑performing, purpose‑driven team culture leveraging AI tools.

Required profile

• LLB or LLM from a globally accredited university.
• Minimum 18 years of post‑qualification legal experience, preferably in biopharma or healthcare.
• Proven track record of managing direct reports and leading cross‑border teams.
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence senior executives.
