L2 Desktop Support Engineer – Singapore

About the role

Excis is seeking a proactive L2 Desktop Support Engineer to join its Singapore team. You will be responsible for managing core end‑user infrastructure, IT assets, and providing high‑quality support across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, servers, network equipment, printers, scanners, CCTV, door access, NAS, UPS and mobile devices.
• Respond to incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution or escalation within SLA timelines.
• Execute software installations and mass deployments for the end‑user community.
• Maintain the hardware asset register and perform device asset change tasks.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding of IT resources, ensuring security and policy compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to end users.
• Coordinate third‑party vendors for on‑site support and document procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in L2 desktop support or a similar end‑user services role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and common enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware setup, troubleshooting and asset management.
• Familiarity with basic networking, VoIP, video‑conferencing and mobile device management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in fluent English.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work across two locations as required.
