About the role
We are seeking a proactive Land Surveyor to lead and manage all surveying activities on construction sites. The role involves planning, setting up survey points, and ensuring accurate data collection to support project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage and plan site surveying activities.
- Set up survey points and levels on site.
- Coordinate daily survey operations and maintain instrumentation.
- Assist production team with shop drawings, as‑built surveys and setting‑out tasks.
- Ensure timely, efficient and accurate readings.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients on surveying matters.
- Conduct site inspections as part of quality control.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a land surveyor.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working on HDB projects.
- Member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
Required skills
- Total Station operation.
- Levelling instrument usage.
- Maintenance of surveying instrumentation.
