Land Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our construction and engineering team across Singapore. You will be responsible for accurate setting‑out, control point management, and topographical surveys to support a variety of infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with structural, architectural, MEP teams and subcontractors to carry out setting‑out activities.
• Cross‑check dimensions from drawings and BIM models, and liaise with registered surveyors for pre‑computation plans, as‑built surveys, and TOP documentation.
• Receive, protect, and verify control points; conduct primary and secondary control point surveys regularly.
• Perform topographical, differential, and trigonometrical levelling as required.
• Report verticality, soffit, and slab level monitoring to engineers.
• Ensure surveying instruments and total stations are calibrated and meet precision specifications.
• Provide grid/reference lines for each floor promptly after slab casting.
• Set up secondary control points and execute setting‑out for foundations, piling, retaining walls, crane pads, utilities, landscape, and special features.

Required profile

• Degree in Surveying, Engineering or equivalent; diploma holders with relevant experience are also considered.
• Strong knowledge of surveying technology, equipment, and construction tolerances.
• Proven track record in land surveying with meticulous attention to detail.
• Independent, diligent, highly motivated and able to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with surveying equipment (total stations, levels, GPS).
• AutoCAD.
• BIM (basic knowledge).
• Microsoft Office suite.
