LDC Deliver Operations Manager

About the role

The LDC Deliver Operations Manager will lead the Deliver function for Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery and EP+NV franchises in Singapore. This role ensures superior customer experience by overseeing warehousing, distribution, freight, customs and logistics operations while driving compliance and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee physical product movement across freight, customs, warehousing, order processing, transportation and local distribution.
• Manage 3PL partners to ensure compliance with SOPs and contractual KPIs such as OTIF‑D, OTS, DSI, DTS, Perfect Order, OS&D and cost targets.
• Account for value‑added services performed by the 3PL, including repackaging, promotional banding, relabeling and kitting.
• Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and processes to meet customer service levels.
• Control overall distribution costs, lead cost‑improvement programs and govern logistics spend.
• Audit freight invoices for overcharges and discrepancies.
• Handle customs‑related matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, finance, procurement, quality and regional Deliver teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing and distribution management, preferably within a 3PL environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain metrics and cost governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
