Lead Architect – Cleanroom Specialist

About the role

PM Group Singapore is seeking a Cleanroom Lead Architect to provide expert architectural design, coordination, and technical oversight for cleanroom facilities. The role ensures compliance with industry standards, project budgets, and construction schedules while supporting the life‑sciences sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of all project phases, from design planning to construction.
• Ensure the quality of architectural work produced within the department.
• Manage resource allocation to meet projected workload.
• Support proposal preparation, including hour estimates, deliverable lists, and execution methodologies.
• Develop and lead architecturally driven project proposals.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of architectural design experience.
• Life‑sciences industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Proactive approach with experience across schematic design, design development, and construction phases.

Required skills

• Design and presentation graphic skills.
• Laboratory programming and design expertise.
• Understanding of local permitting legislation, building regulations, and health & safety legislation.
