Lead Backend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned design professional to lead the user experience efforts for our product area. You will combine deep product knowledge with research insights to create compelling, user‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Product knowledge: deeply understand the technology and features of the assigned product area.
• Research: provide human and business impact insights for products.
• Deliverables: produce competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and other artifacts that solve real user problems.
• Communication: share UX results with design teams, cross‑functional partners, and other stakeholders using clear, simplified language.

Required profile

• 5+ years of industry experience in interactive design and/or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize tasks independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
