Lead Cyber Security Specialist – IT Security Officer

About the role

As the Lead Cyber Security Specialist (ITSO) you will protect CrimsonLogic’s information systems and data assets by implementing robust security controls and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enforce and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead ISO/IEC 27001 implementation, certification and ongoing control maintenance.
• Support the Security Operations Center (SOC) with event triage, investigation and escalation.
• Manage cybersecurity incidents, risk assessments, vulnerability scans and security audits.
• Oversee identity and access management processes and security awareness training.
• Liaise with customers, partners and regulators on security concerns and compliance.
• Prepare and present security posture reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Professional certifications: CISSP and/or CISM (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity operations.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and audits.
