Lead, Digital Experience & Strategy

About the role

The Digital Experience & Strategy Lead will shape, govern and accelerate The Kallang’s digital ecosystem across its website, mobile app and marketing technology platforms. This senior product owner role sets vision, mobilises cross‑functional teams and ensures every digital touchpoint delivers a cohesive, high‑impact experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the long‑term vision and roadmap for the website, mobile app and digital platforms, aligning them with commercial and brand objectives.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post‑launch optimisation, managing budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Lead strategic planning and governance of marketing‑technology (MarTech) capabilities, ensuring tools support acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation.
• Oversee implementation and optimisation of analytics, marketing automation, personalisation, CRM, loyalty and AI solutions, driving data‑informed decisions.
• Advocate for a customer‑centric experience, ensuring platforms are intuitive, accessible and rigorously tested.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader with extensive experience in marketing technology and digital product ownership.
• Strong strategic thinker able to translate business goals into measurable digital roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Marketing, Brand, Communications, Technology and Operations.
