Lead, Manpower Development

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role drives recruitment and manpower growth by designing schemes and initiatives that help agency leaders recruit and retain Financial Consultants (FC) and Wealth Managers (WM). It also covers policy formulation, workflow improvement and data analysis on recruitment, performance management and attrition of new representatives. The position leads the Manpower Development Managers and oversees department projects, and works with Agency Cluster Heads and the Business Management team on manpower and recruitment growth for one agency.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic plans for one agency covering recruitment, retention and manpower growth through new initiatives, incentive schemes, marketing and events.
• Create platforms for Agency Leaders and Financial Consultants to engage potential candidates.
• Monitor manpower trends through sales and manpower analyses and reports.
• Update policies to stay aligned with company and industry changes and regulatory requirements.
• Organize projects with Recruitment Managers and agency leaders to strengthen the recruitment value proposition.
• Drive recruitment of quality FCs and FC productivity through key performance indicators, working with recruitment and business development teams.
• Plan, design and organize marketing communications, collaterals and events to support recruitment.
• Provide data management and analytics support to stakeholders and build dashboards for management reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in agency management or recruitment and talent acquisition.
• 3 years or more in an agency recruitment or business development role with insurers.
• Degree in any discipline; CMFAS certification is an advantage.
• Creative and analytical mind, good communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership capabilities in people management and good with numbers.
