Lead / Senior Civil Engineer

About the role

Join Aurecon's Infrastructure business in Singapore as a Lead / Senior Civil Engineer. You will work with a team of highly skilled specialists to deliver complex water, road, drainage and sewerage projects that support economic development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive design and project management services for water, roadworks, earthworks, sewerage and drainage projects.
• Carry out design calculations, produce sketch drawings and prepare tender documents and proposals.
• Write, consolidate and review technical reports and studies for water projects.
• Lead and delegate tasks within the workgroup, mentor junior engineers and ensure quality and accuracy of designs.
• Ensure compliance with project design criteria, client briefs, approved concepts and relevant standards.
• Support business development activities and maintain relationships with local authorities.

Required profile

• Recognised civil engineering qualification (Bachelor or Master’s degree).
• 10‑15 years of professional design experience in civil works, preferably on Singapore projects (PUB, JTC, HDB, URA, LTA).
• Strong understanding of civil regulations, standards and statutory requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB, Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards).
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
• Energetic, proactive and reliable team player.
