About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead System Engineer with expertise in WINTEL and RHEL to manage, maintain, and optimize critical infrastructure systems. The role ensures high availability and performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows (WINTEL) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operations.
- Enforce best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on IT projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in WINTEL/RHEL administration.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with hands‑on technical expertise.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
- Experience with automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
