About the role
Vinova, a development company founded in 2010 for mobile, web and enterprise applications, is hiring a Lead UI/UX Designer in Singapore. The role leads design initiatives across several projects at once, working with clients, product teams and developers, and involves on-site and off-site collaboration. The position is open for 1-2 people.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives across multiple projects simultaneously
- Translate business and client requirements into user flows, wireframes, user journeys and scalable UI/UX solutions
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discovery sessions, design critiques and collaborative ideation
- Mentor, coach and develop UI/UX designers, set design quality standards and run design reviews
- Pitch design concepts and rationale to clients, product teams and executives
Required profile
- 5-7 years of progressive UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives; government, enterprise or large-scale environments highly preferred
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking, design process, stakeholder management and measurable business impact
- Experience mentoring designers and managing priorities across multiple initiatives
Required skills
- Design research methodologies and usability testing tools
- Responsive design, design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers
- UX best practices, accessibility standards and modern product workflows
- AI-powered design tools and awareness of global UI/UX trends
