Learning Developer Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Learning Developer intern to help transform how its teams learn and grow. The internship runs from January to June 2027 and focuses on designing bite-sized eLearning content, videos, widgets and interactive materials using AI tools such as NCSGPT.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences by designing bite-sized eLearning content, videos, widgets and interactive materials with AI tools.
• Design and develop interactive learning widgets, videos and multimedia content.
• Use AI tools to create and enhance learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning needs and turn them into engaging content.
• Prototype and test different content formats to maximise learner engagement.
• Refine designs based on feedback to ensure learning impact.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Design (Interactive Design, UI/UX or a related discipline).
• Strong visual design sensibilities and creative problem-solving skills.
• Passion for creating user-friendly, engaging digital experiences.
• Eagerness to apply design thinking to learning and development.
