Learning & Development Trainer

About the role

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global business process outsourcing company providing customer experience, sales and digital marketing services, is hiring a Learning & Development trainer. You will help deliver excellent service to partner brands by designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures and programmes
• Design training modules based on individual, departmental and company needs
• Develop, deliver and assess in-house programmes
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules and existing programmes against the strategy of raising capabilities and developing talent, and recommend improvements
• Carry out training needs analysis and build programmes to improve staff performance
• Deliver training sessions using varied instructional methods suited to different learning styles
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, assessments and outcomes for compliance and reporting
• Perform other duties assigned by management, including contributing to the quality management system

Required profile

• At least GCE 'A' level or a diploma in any field
• At least three years of relevant experience handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment
• Exceptional supervisory skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• English and the language of the supporting market

• Curriculum development and course material review
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• E-content and design development
• Knowledge of various training methodologies
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
