Learning & Leadership Development Lead

About the role

A Singapore-headquartered, innovation-focused organisation is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development professional to join its Human Resources division. The role designs and delivers structured leadership development and learning programmes aligned to organisational priorities, using a programmatic approach to build scalable learning solutions that strengthen leadership capability and drive behavioural change.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured leadership development and learning programmes aligned to organisational priorities
• Develop and enhance flagship leadership programmes and learning journeys
• Facilitate workshops and moderate leadership discussions
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and external learning partners to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Degree-qualified with a track record in leadership development, curriculum design and programme delivery
• Experience designing structured learning solutions in learning academies or corporate universities is highly preferred
• Strong instructional design expertise and knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience developing curricula and learning pathways for different leadership levels
• Accomplished facilitator and moderator, comfortable engaging senior leaders and diverse audiences
• Strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
