Learning & Organisational Development Partner

About the role

A leading financial services organisation with an established presence in Singapore is looking for a Learning & Organisation Development professional to strengthen workforce capability, team effectiveness and organisational culture through targeted learning and organisation development initiatives. The role sits within Learning & Development, Talent and Culture Advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability gaps and diagnose team effectiveness challenges.
• Develop tailored learning and organisation development interventions.
• Support the end-to-end design and delivery of learning programmes, using internal expertise and external providers to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on organisation effectiveness, leadership development, engagement and culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Experienced Learning & Development or Organisation Development professional with exposure to learning needs analysis, programme design and organisational diagnostics.
• Prior consulting experience and exposure to broader talent management processes, including performance management and succession planning, are advantageous.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented, able to diagnose organisational challenges and turn insights into effective interventions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a hands-on, self-driven approach and the ability to drive initiatives independently from diagnosis to implementation.
