Learning Partnership Manager – Business Development (2‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Learning Partnership Manager will join SIA Academy to drive growth through strategic B2B partnerships. You will identify new business opportunities, craft tailored learning solutions, and close deals that align with client learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Research industry trends, prospect new customers, and generate leads via cold calling, networking and events.
• Develop marketing collateral such as pitch decks and proposals with structured pricing and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to perform learning needs analysis and ensure courseware meets client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, providing proactive service and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Draft, negotiate and finalise contracts in coordination with legal, insurance and taxation teams.
• Collect and analyse performance data to monitor service quality and identify growth areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a hunter mindset for business development.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
