Learning Solutions Manager (2 Years Contract)

About the role

Singapore Airlines Academy is looking for a Learning Solutions Manager on a 2-year contract. The successful candidate will lead the design, development and delivery of learning solutions that meet client needs, build capabilities and support revenue generation, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop standard and bespoke learning solutions in in-person and virtual formats, including Training Slides, Learner's Guide, Facilitator's Guide and Assessment Plan where applicable.
• Deliver learning programmes to external clients to the Academy's standards, with strong facilitation skills.
• Run Train-the-Trainer sessions to coach and calibrate facilitators across in-person and virtual formats.
• Improve programmes continuously based on client feedback, course evaluation results, market trends and policy or procedural changes.
• Act as subject matter expert in client engagements, presenting the Academy's portfolio and turning client challenges into value-driven solutions.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and research for clients using stakeholder interviews, surveys, focus groups and mystery shopping.
• Support client presentations and business development as required.

Required profile

• University Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education or Learning & Development.
• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or the former DACE diploma.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or the former ACTA certificate.
• At least 5 years' experience in learning and development, curriculum design and training facilitation.
• Experience designing curriculum focused on service and operational excellence, especially in operational and/or financial services.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management and English communication skills.

Required skills

• Instructional design and client-facing, revenue-generating learning solutions.
• Microsoft Office Suite, assessment and survey tools, and virtual delivery tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
