Leasing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Leasing Executive to manage the leasing portfolio of our coffee shops and food courts across Singapore. You will drive occupancy, secure suitable tenants, and nurture tenant relationships to maximise rental revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Conduct site viewings and present available units to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates and tenancy agreements in line with company policies.
• Manage lease renewals, rental reviews and tenancy negotiations to optimise occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships by providing timely support and addressing leasing or operational matters.
• Monitor rental collections and coordinate with Finance on overdue payments.
• Work with Leasing Administration to prepare and execute lease documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Projects and Maintenance to resolve tenant‑related issues.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
• Prepare regular leasing reports on occupancy, renewals and performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Customer‑focused with excellent relationship‑management skills.
