Lecturer / Senior Lecturer – Mind Science & Clinical Psychology

About the role

The Yeo Boon Khim Mind Science Centre (MSC) at the National University of Singapore seeks a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to join its interdisciplinary team. The appointee will contribute to high‑quality postgraduate and professional programmes focused on mind science, prevention, resilience and mental wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate blended and online postgraduate courses in clinical psychology and mental health.
• Create curriculum content and learning materials grounded in psychological theory and clinical evidence.
• Provide clinical psychology training, supervision and mentoring for students.
• Participate in programme evaluation, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Champion accreditation of the Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and Psychotherapy.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary research, implementation studies and translation of evidence into educational programmes.
• Engage with professional bodies, community partners and affiliated institutions to expand the Centre’s education network.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in mind science, clinical psychology or related fields, with a focus on prevention, resilience and applied mental health.
• Experience designing and delivering postgraduate or professional education programmes.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students in clinical psychology practice.
• Proven track record of interdisciplinary collaboration and research translation.
• Excellent communication skills for teaching, curriculum development and stakeholder engagement.
