About the role

Join NTUC First Campus as a Preschool Assistant Teacher, supporting classroom teachers across our islandwide network of preschools. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes children’s learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist main classroom teachers in delivering daily programmes.
• Provide routine care for children throughout the day.
• Prepare teaching resources and maintain children’s development profiles.
• Participate in parent and community engagement activities.
• Support the principal with simple administrative duties.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary 4 education.
• At least one year of experience in a preschool, childcare, or kindergarten setting.
• Early childhood qualification (e.g., Fundamentals certificate) is an advantage.
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills.
• Enjoy working with young children.
