Lecturer – Supply Chain & Logistics Management

About the role

The School of Business Management is hiring a Lecturer to design and deliver Diploma and Specialist Diploma programmes in Supply Chain and Logistics Management. You will guide learners through core concepts, industry projects, and global exposure activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver learning units covering supply chain operations, technologies, sustainability, freight management and data analytics.
• Conduct assessments, maintain academic standards and apply innovative teaching methods.
• Review and update course content to reflect current industry trends and best practices.
• Organise company visits and immersive overseas learning journeys to build practical and global competencies.
• Partner with industry stakeholders to co‑create curriculum, training initiatives and networking events.
• Provide academic guidance, career planning and well‑being support to learners.
• Perform administrative duties related to academic and departmental operations.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and assignments as required.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience across various supply chain domains.
• Proficiency with supply chain management tools and technologies.
• Ability to teach statistics or economics concepts within supply chain contexts.
• Strong industry network and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated planning, organising and multi‑tasking abilities.
